Tinkerbell's Adoption Story

• We received the call on April 15th at 7:11 PM - POST 
• We met her mom M on April 17th around 10am. - POST 
• We now had pictures in our hand but hadn't met our soon to be daughter, until Monday. Surprisingly I made it through the weekend just fine and we decided on her name. 
• Monday we met our daughter and fell even more in love with her. The next day she was in our home and we were parents for 6 hours all by ourselves. How could someone trust us to have this beautiful baby all by ourselves is what I wondered.
• April 23rd we had an Entrustment Ceremony at our agency. This was the hardest most emotional day of my life so far. - POST 
• June 13, 52 days after we brought Tinkerbell home we received news that TPR had been granted. - POST 
• October 24, 2008 Tinkerbell legally became our daughter at a Dallas court room. - POST
• December 19, 2008 we received Tinkerbell's new birth certificate. - POST
